...You get up, breathe fresh mountain air, strengthen yourself with a generous breakfast. Then we go together on an easy, guided ski tour. The sun is sparkling in the snow. Yesterday's insights pass your thoughts. You give them new meaning. In the afternoon we return to your theme, your metaphorical mountain.
You and the other participants are all facing a new beginning of some kind. Some of you voluntarily, others not. Maybe a professional reorientation. In the evening we have a nice dinner and the following day we continue to connect to your mountain. How about starting this day with skiing or snowshoeing ?
What is the same for all participants is the desire to take themselves out of the daily routine, to focus on themselves, to create awareness as a basis for important decisions.

What you will experience
/ 3 Full days of Work and dedication on your mountain in the mountains
/ Each full day: A Nature Experiences. (*ski touring, Snowshoeing, Winter hike, Skiing, Cross-country skiing - you can choose. Also with a guide or teacher. I'll be going with the Skiing Participants)
/ Safe and holding environment to be fully you.
/ 4 nights, single Room, 4* Superior Hotel, inkl. Breakfast, Spa
/ Guidance and Partnering from me.
/ A Hogan Assessment inkl. Feedback
/ Dinner experiences in Local Restaurants.
/60 min pre-Experience Partnering (in Basel or Zoom)
/ Support and inspiring exchange from and with the other participants.

/ After registration: 60 min Video call or personal meeting to explore your metaphorical mountain you desire to work.
/ Hogan Personality Assessment and Feedback with me, linking your personality to your mountain.
